Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Ayame Designs gladly accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations if you are unhappy with your order.

Request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase if you need to cancel for any reason. You will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.

If you have an issue with the item(s), please contact us within 5 days of delivery to resolve any issues. If you want to return an item, the item needs to be shipped back within 10 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense.

We can’t accept returns for custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If we accidentally send an incorrect item or item not made to the buyer’s specifications, the buyer may keep the item and we will send the correct item at our expense.
