Ayame Designs is now based in Gent, Belgium. If you would like to collect your order from us, send us an email and we can arrange collection in Gent, or at an event where Ayame Designs is exhibiting. You are welcome to collect if arranged before ordering.

The Events page is always kept up to date with the events Ayame Designs will be selling at.

Yes! You are more than welcome to borrow items for photoshoots, provided that you return the items in the condition you received them and provide us with the photos so that we can also post them online. You will need to sign a loan agreement in order to loan any items for a shoot. If you would like to do this, just send us an email at jossie@ayamedesigns.com

We do give a bit of discount if you are specifically purchasing an item to use for a photoshoot, but we do not give away free items except when hosting a giveaway. Please do not contact us asking for free stuff, as each piece takes a lot of time and skill to make.

If your item(s) are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 working days. If the items need to be made to order, please note that it can take up to 7 days to make your order depending on the item(s) ordered.

All orders within the EU are shipped for free, and it is a flat 7 euros shipping to the rest of the world (tracked). Unfortunately we have no control over how long an order takes to be delivered once it has been sent. If you are based in the EU and would like to have tracked shipping, simply send us an email at jossie@ayamedesigns.com and we will create a tracked shipping add-on for you.

We do not give refunds for any wrong items ordered, but will gladly exchange or fix items if they are not of excellent quality. At Ayame Designs we take great pride in our creations but sometimes we make mistakes. Take a look at the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds for more information.
