Dendrochronalia is a one day folk festival in the picturesque, west-flemish city of Bruges. Idavoll has organised this special event with a unique line-up of four folk bands and a mini folk market.

I saw a few other artists doing this and thought it was a fun idea! So here is a summary of some of the things I did in 2024.
This year was really difficult due to mental health struggles, my ski accident, the passing of my soul cat, and my knee surgery with a long recovery period. But despite all of these things I managed to do a lot! Of course not as much as I had planned, but I am proud of what I have achieved this year. And I am so grateful to all of my customers and amazing helpers. Ayame Designs would not be able to exist without all of the love and support 🥰
Here's to a better 2025 💚 I can't wait to share what I have planned for next year!

It's crazy how fast this year flew by and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much to everyone for your support. It's been a tough year but I am so grateful to all of my wonderful customers and my superstar helpers for all of your love and appreciation for my creations. Ayame Designs wouldn't be able to exist without you and I appreciate you so much 🖤 The last two weeks of the year my focus will be on getting all open orders out, sorting out and updating my website. I have so many new products and a few left-over one of a kind designs that need to be added, as well as new bead colour options, so it will take a lot of work. But my webshop will remain open for orders through the holiday season! If you saw something at one of the latest events that isn't available on my website yet, feel free to reach out to me and I can either prioritise adding that item to the website for you, or make a custom listing on the site so you can purchase it right away.

I'll be at @midwinterfairarcheon in Alphen aan den Rijn (NL) this weekend! I've wanted to attend this one for a few years now so I am so excited to finally have the chance to experience it! You can find me in the Fantasy Market Pavillion 😁 I'll have a new helper with me for the first time, so custom orders for the weekend will be limited (get there early if you want to be able to pick up your custom order on the same day!). I've made a few new one of a kind designs, and my newest addition to my permanent collection will also be making its debut 😊

✨Meet the maker ✨
Hi there! I'm Jossie, and I am the owner of Ayame Designs 🖤 Since I have gained some new followers due to my giveaway I thought it would be fun to share some random facts about me (ps don't forget to enter, the giveaway runs until 2 December 😉 )
So here are some fun random facts about me:
✨ I collect Pokémon merchandise, with a focus on plush Pikachu that are dressed as other Pokémon, or have fun accessories.
✨ Despite my green hair and accessories, my favourite colour is actually purple!
✨ I work part-time as a dental assistant and I absolutely love my job! Up until recently I was working in ecommerce and even though I enjoyed the actual tasks, I found that I always felt stressed and exhausted from my job. Now I come home from work feeling energised and so happy that I did something that made a difference in someone's life.
✨ I used to be into archery and was training to be in the Olympics (I had the South African Olympic coach as my mentor), but life decided that that wasn't meant to be.
✨ My favourite thing to do when I am not working or making jewellery is to build puzzles! I have so many different ones but my favourites are those with fantasy art by Cris Ortega.
✨ I am into gaming and love fantasy RPG games! I also play VR games on my Quest 2.
Did you know any of these things about me? Which one are you most surprised about? I know I have shared some of them on my stories before, but not all of them 😁
